个人简介

杨洁，女，副研究员。2019年获美国托莱多大学教育学博士学位，现为教育学部教育实验经济研究所副研究员、硕士生导师，兼任中国妇幼健康研究会儿童早期发展专委会常务委员、中国优生优育协会婴幼儿照护与发展专委会常务委员、陕西省人口学会理事。申请人长期从事实验经济学、农村儿童早期发展与公共政策评估研究，立足中国农村现实情境，持续将随机干预实验、田野调查等方法应用于农村人力资本培育、母婴健康促进和基层公共服务评估等领域。
